Huron Pines Housing Co-operative is a new townhome project in North-East London. Opened in March 2009, it provides comfortable, energy efficient townhomes and apartments for qualifying residents. Huron Pines joins thirty other area Housing Co-operatives in offering quality, affordable accommodation in community setting, managed and operated by the resident members.
The project has been developed by a group of committed Londoners eager to create a community designed for and targeted to singles, couples and small families. It has been made possible with capital assitance from the three levels of government and support from Gethsemene United Church and the London Affordable Housing Foundation.
Of the twenty-six units, four are one-bedroom, sixteen are two-bedroom and four are fully accessible. Email huronpines.office@gmail.com to inquire about application process and Orientation Meeting dates. See our contact information page for address and map.
